Maghreb Arab Press Agency (MAP), a strategic public institution based in Rabat, is organizing a recruitment competition for the position of Information Systems Security Analyst – Governance and Audit, scheduled for June 7, 2026. Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the Information Systems Security Division, the analyst will:
- Participate in developing and updating security policies, procedures, and charters.
- Conduct risk analyses and define security strategies.
- Approve technical choices for strategic projects regarding security requirements.
- Monitor security indicators and dashboards.
- Prepare and follow up on internal and external security audits.
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate their resolution.
- Raise security awareness among all stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
- Moroccan nationality.
- Under 40 years of age on the competition date.
- In possession of civic rights and good conduct.
- No criminal conviction or disciplinary sanctions.
- Not benefitted from voluntary early retirement from a public administration.
- Bac+5 degree (Engineering in IT security, Master in cybersecurity or IS security governance).
- Previous experience in IS security governance is an asset.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in security tools: firewalls, antivirus, cryptography, authentication servers, penetration testing, PKI, URL filtering.
- Good knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 27006 standards.
- Solid understanding of information systems and their architecture.
- Legal knowledge in IT law and data protection.
- Teamwork, rigor, dynamism.
- Certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) are appreciated.
