Recruitment Competition: Group Governance Officer – Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion
The Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG) is recruiting a Group Governance Officer to join its Governance, Compliance and Legal Department. This is a contract-based recruitment open to external candidates, with online application only.

CDG is a public financial institution with a dual mandate: to collect and secure regulated savings (especially CNSS deposits, National Savings Fund, legal professions, and consignments) and to channel long-term savings into profitable investments that generate socioeconomic growth. Its mission is to create value by securing depositors' savings and supporting the national development strategy through projects with positive externalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Check governance body files (draft resolutions, documentation, deadlines).
- Monitor the functioning of governance bodies in subsidiaries: attend meetings, assist subsidiaries in preparation and follow-up.
- Review minutes and reports of Group governance bodies, ensuring compliance with drafting, validation and signature procedures.
- Contribute to the management of directors' mandates (appointments, resignations, renewals, compensation of independents).
- Provide secretariat services for certain sensitive governance bodies upon request.
- Advise directors by responding to internal and external inquiries related to governance.
- Ensure the application of the Group's governance charter.
- Evaluate the implementation of the governance charter and propose updates.
- Monitor the dematerialization and digitalization of governance projects.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of international best practices in governance and prepare monitoring and awareness notes.
Candidate Profile
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in law with a specialization in governance, compliance and/or corporate law.
- Approximately 6 years of experience in governance, compliance, internal audit or internal control.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of corporate governance principles, corporate law and the Moroccan Code of Good Governance Practices.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Rigor and responsiveness.
- Proficiency in drafting corporate law documents.
- Ability to handle complex and sensitive files.
- Ability to manage multiple urgent files simultaneously.
