The Chefchaouen Province under the Ministry of Interior is organizing a recruitment competition for two second grade administrators in legal sciences, public law track in Arabic language, specializing in public finance and development management. This position offers a unique chance to join the Moroccan public administration and contribute to local development within a stimulating professional environment.
The competition will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at Al-Khawarizmi Technical High School in Chefchaouen, with possible organization in other centers to be determined later if necessary. Successful candidates will be appointed to work in various administrative units under the province, or at the general secretariat of the province, providing diverse and enriching professional experience.
A quota of 25% of the budgetary positions is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatant. A quota of 7% is also reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card, reflecting the public administration's commitment to principles of equity and social justice.

Candidates who obtain an average of at least 12 out of 20 in the written test are eligible to take the oral test.
The application must be registered on the public employment website https://depot.emploi-public.ma during the period from March 11 to March 30, 2026 at 4:30 PM. The application must be accompanied by a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the electronic national identity card, as well as the candidate's curriculum vitae.
Second grade administrators at the Ministry of Interior work on implementing public policies and supervising local development projects. The public finance and development management specialization qualifies holders to work in areas of financial planning, resource management, and implementation of development programs within the Moroccan legal and administrative framework. The Ministry of Interior is one of the most important ministries in the Moroccan administrative structure, playing a central role in implementing government policies at the local level.
The lists of candidates admitted to take the competition are published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma, this publication serving as a summons to take the tests. The results of the written test and final results, including the waiting list, are published on the same portal. If it is found that a candidate does not meet the participation requirements, they will be replaced by another candidate registered on the waiting list who meets these conditions.
