Recruitment Competition for Technicians at Jbel Lahbib Commune

Competition Details

The Commune of Jbel Lahbib, located in the province of Tetouan, announces a recruitment competition for the position of technician of the 3rd grade (scale 9) for the year 2026, to fill two posts in the specialty of IT systems and networks. This competition aims to strengthen the commune's technical capabilities in the field of information technology.

Eligibility Conditions

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Be of Moroccan nationality.
• Be at least 18 years old and at most 40 years old on January 1, 2026 (the maximum age limit may be extended to 45 years for candidates with prior public service).
• Hold a specialized technician diploma in IT systems and networks issued by vocational training institutions established under Decree No. 2.86.325 or an equivalent diploma recognized under Decree No. 2.12.90.

Required Documents

Applicants must submit a file containing the following documents:

• A handwritten application including the candidate's name and address.
• A copy of the required diploma.
• A copy of the national identity card.
• A medical certificate attesting physical fitness.
• A criminal record extract (good conduct certificate).
• Two stamped envelopes bearing the personal address.

Submission of Applications

Application files must be deposited at the registry office of the Commune of Jbel Lahbib against a receipt, or sent by registered mail to the following address: Commune of Jbel Lahbib - Cercle de Jbel Lahbib - Province de Tétouan. The deadline for submission is June 8, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Date and Location of the Competition

The competition will be held on June 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the Maâd Ibn Jabal middle school in the center of Jbel Lahbib commune. Other centers may be designated later after the list of admitted candidates is published.

Competition Procedure

The competition consists of a written exam and an oral interview. A quota of 25% of positions is reserved for resistance fighters, former military personnel, and their dependents, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.
