Competitive recruitment for Technician 4th grade – Laayoune Province

The Province of Laayoune announces a recruitment competition for 7 positions of Technician 4th grade (scale 8) in the specialties of Computer Science (IT) and Office Automation (Bureautics). This is part of the regular recruitment plan to strengthen the workforce of local administrations.

Eligibility requirements

Candidates must meet the general conditions of the Moroccan civil service, including:

• Moroccan nationality.
• At least 18 years old.
• Holder of a technician diploma or equivalent in the required specialties.
• Not exceeding 45 years of age (exceptions for civil servants).

Required specialties

The competition covers two specialties: Information Technology and Office Automation. Candidates must have relevant training or experience.

Applications must be submitted via the online platform www.emploipublic.ma or www.collectivités-territoriales.ma by May 25, 2026 at 4:30 PM. Required documents:

• A handwritten application specifying the competition title.
• A certified copy of the diploma.
• A copy of the national ID card.

Key dates

The written exam will take place on June 14, 2026 at 9:00 AM in Laayoune or another location determined by the committee. Successful candidates will proceed to the oral interview.

Number of positions

The 7 positions will be allocated according to the needs of the provincial services. Final allocation will be announced after the competition.
