Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Maximum age of 45 years by December 31, 2026.
• Hold a higher education diploma of at least Bac+5 (Engineer, Doctorate, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project management or PMO.
• Diplomas must be from national institutions or recognized as equivalent.
