Recruitment Competition for Maîtres de Conférences at ENS Rabat

Mohammed V University in Rabat is organizing a recruitment competition for seven (7) positions of Maître de Conférences grade A at the École Normale Supérieure (ENS) in Rabat. This competition aims to select highly qualified academics to strengthen the teaching staff.

Required Specialties

Eligibility Conditions

• Moroccan nationality.
• Meeting the legal age requirement for public competitions.
• Holding a PhD, State Doctorate, or any recognized equivalent degree.

Application File Components

Candidates invited for the oral exam must submit the following documents before the oral exam date:

• A handwritten application addressed to the Director of the School, including name, address, phone number, manually signed, and specifying the position and specialty.
• A CV with a photo.
• A copy of the electronic national identity card.
• A copy of the PhD diploma (certificates of completion are not accepted).
• Copies of all obtained degrees.
• A copy of the equivalence decision for foreign or private institution diplomas.
• A copy of the doctoral thesis and scientific portfolio.
• Authorization to participate for civil servants.
• Authorization from the Head of Government for candidates exceeding the age limit.
• A copy of the disability certificate (if applicable).
• A legalized sworn statement.

How to Apply

Candidates must register online at: https://recrutement.enssup.gov.ma/accueil before July 4, 2026. The list of candidates admitted to the oral exam will be published on www.emploi-public.ma and https://ens.um5.ac.ma/.

Exam Structure

The competition consists of two parts:

1. First exam based on the candidates' diplomas, titles, and scientific work.
2. Second exam consisting of a presentation followed by a discussion with the jury.

Incomplete applications, those not meeting the requirements, containing false information, or submitted after the deadline will be rejected.
