Recruitment Competition for Professor Grade A in Management Sciences

The Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication - Department of Communication - is organizing a recruitment competition for one position of Professor Grade A (Scale 11) in the specialty of Management Sciences. The position is based at the Higher Institute of Audiovisual and Cinema Professions (ISBS) in Rabat.

Eligibility Criteria

The competition is open to candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 45 years (this condition is waived for civil servants).
• Hold a PhD or State Doctorate, or an equivalent recognized diploma in Management Sciences.
• Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English.

Required Documents

The application file must include:

• A application letter addressed to the Director of ISBS.
• Two copies of the national identity card.
• Two copies of the birth certificate (issued within the last 3 months).
• Five copies of the curriculum vitae.
• Five certified copies of diplomas and qualifications.
• Five copies of the PhD thesis.
• Five copies of research works (articles, books, etc.).
• For civil servants: authorization from the original administration.
• For foreign diplomas: equivalence decision from the Ministry of Higher Education.

Exam Date

The competition will take place on June 5, 2026, in Rabat. The list of admitted candidates and final results will be published on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma) and the ministry's website (www.mice.gov.ma).

Additional Information

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 8200 to 9400 MAD. This recruitment is part of efforts to strengthen academic staff in Morocco's communication sector.
