Recruitment competition for Professor grade A in Communication at INTS Tangier

Key Information About the Competition

The Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration and Family is organizing a recruitment competition for a Professor of grade A (scale 11) in the specialty of Communication and Information, at the National Institute of Social Work (INTS) in Tangier. This recruitment aims to strengthen the academic staff of the institute and train specialized professionals in social communication.

Eligibility Conditions

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Not exceed 45 years of age on the date of the competition (for non-civil servants).
• Hold a Doctorate, State Doctorate, or an equivalent diploma in one of the required specialties (Communication and Information).

Required Documents

The application file must be submitted directly to the administration of INTS in Tangier (Rue El Hariri, P.O. Box 8) or sent by registered mail, no later than July 21, 2026 at 4:30 PM. The file includes:

• An application request specifying the specialty.
• A curriculum vitae of the candidate.
• An authorization to take the competition for civil servants (issued by the employing administration).
• A copy of the national electronic identity card.
• A certified copy of the doctorate or equivalent diploma, accompanied by the equivalence decision if any.
• Copies of diplomas and qualifications.
• A copy of the doctoral thesis.
• Copies of all research works carried out by the candidate (articles, books, monographic studies).

Competition Procedure

The competition will take place on July 29, 2026 at INTS in Tangier and includes two tests:

• A test evaluating the diplomas and scientific works of the candidates.
• A test in the form of presentations and discussions between candidates and the jury.

The list of candidates admitted to the competition will be published on www.emploi-public.ma and on the ministry's website.
