Recruitment Competition: Planning and Steering Manager
The Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG) is recruiting a Planning and Steering Manager for its Performance Steering and Management Control Department, under the Finance Division. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading public financial institution driving Morocco's sustainable development.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Performance Steering and Management Control, the selected candidate will:
- Contribute to defining realistic financial objectives aligned with the Group's strategy.
- Define the methodological framework and tools for multi-year planning.
- Develop the multi-year plan (PMT) for CDG EP and the Group.
- Set the financial trajectory for CDG EP and the Group.
- Monitor financial objectives and performance indicators, and produce related reports.
- Oversee and coordinate the performance steering and management control function across the Group.
Candidate Profile
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a top engineering or business school or equivalent.
- Approximately 8 years of experience in financial and strategic planning, as well as financial steering.
- Experience gained in a consulting firm, investment bank, or financial institution.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in planning and financial analysis tools.
- Proven experience in building medium-term plans or business plans.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, business valuation, and economic analysis.
- Knowledge of the Group's businesses and activities (a major asset).
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.
- Advanced skills in Excel, financial planning solutions, and BI tools.
- Rigor, organizational skills, results orientation, and strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
