Professional Opportunity at the Economic, Social and Environmental Council

The Economic, Social and Environmental Council (ESEC) announces a recruitment competition for two positions of Management and Supervision Cadre grade B, in accordance with Decision No. 005 of the Council President dated May 13, 2025. This competition represents a unique opportunity to join a high-level national advisory institution that contributes to shaping Morocco's economic, social and environmental policies.

Competition Details and Required Conditions

This competition is open to candidates meeting the following conditions:

  • Moroccan nationality
  • Age between 18 and 45 years as of January 1 of the current year
  • Master's degree, specialized Master's, or Advanced Studies Diploma in audit and management control

The Council reserves 25% of positions for candidates who are former resistance fighters, war disabled, former military personnel or former combatants, and 7% for persons with disabilities.

Application Procedure and Important Deadlines

Candidates must submit their applications exclusively through the electronic platform extranet.emploi-public.ma. The application deadline is April 1, 2026 at 4:30 PM. No incomplete applications or those submitted after this date will be accepted.

The application file must include:

  • Updated Curriculum Vitae with photo and contact information
  • Copy of electronic national identity card
  • Copy of required diploma with equivalence decision if applicable
  • Specific documents for persons with disabilities or holders of special status
  • Authorization from the supervising administration head for civil servant candidates

Competition Stages and Selection Process

The competition consists of two main tests:

  • Written Test: 3-hour duration covering Council competencies and required specialties
  • Oral Test: 15 to 30-minute interview with the selection committee

The written test will take place on April 19, 2026 at the National School of Administration in Rabat, with possible additional locations if necessary.

The ESEC is a constitutional advisory institution that participates in the preparation and evaluation of public policies, and works to strengthen dialogue among various economic and social actors. Its operations are governed by Organic Law No. 128-12, and its staff benefits from a specific status updated by Decision No. 2723.15 dated July 23, 2015.
