Main Responsibilities

The IT Project Manager Engineer leads and coordinates projects related to applications, ERP systems, automation, and digital transformation. Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering and analyzing user functional requirements.
• Participating in scoping and writing functional specifications.
• Developing and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and action plans.
• Coordinating business teams, technical teams, and external partners.
• Tracking progress, risks, and performance indicators.
• Organizing testing, validation, deployment, and production phases.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Leading digitalization and paperless initiatives.
• Overseeing the integration of digital solutions and tools.
