Recruitment competition for an officer in charge of investment file review and planning

The Regional Investment Center (CRI) of Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra region announces a call for applications for the recruitment of one officer responsible for the review and planning of investment files for the year 2026. This recruitment is part of the implementation of the new reforms of the Regional Investment Centers, in accordance with Law 47-18 and amending Law 22-24, aimed at strengthening human capacities to accelerate the processing of investment files and improve the business climate in the region.

Missions of the investment file review and planning officer

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the processing of investment files to ensure their compliance and rapid progress, while facilitating coordination between investors and CRI services. The main activities include:

• Receiving investment files and verifying their conformity and completeness.
• Identifying blocking or incomplete points in the files and supporting investors in their regularization.
• Coordinating the preparation of meetings of the Unified Regional Investment Commission (CRUI), in collaboration with the relevant divisions and services of the CRI.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines for file processing.
• Reporting technical issues encountered by investors via the CRIINVEST platform to the relevant service within the CRI.

Required conditions

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Be of Moroccan nationality, aged 45 years or less.
• Not have been convicted of a criminal or infamous penalty, and not be registered in the central disciplinary record of public administrations.
• Hold a Bac+5 degree in Finance, Economics, or Management.
• Professional experience: 0 to 4 years.

• Complete and recent Curriculum Vitae (CV).
• Certified copies of diplomas.
• Legalized copy of the national identity card.
• Certificates proving the candidate's experience.

Applications must be submitted to the registry office of the CRI of Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra, located at Avenue Mohammed VI, Laâyoune, against a deposit receipt, no later than May 16, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
