Recruitment Competition for an Infrastructure Project Engineer (Contract)

The Regional Agency for Project Execution of the Marrakech-Safi region is organizing a competition to recruit one engineer responsible for infrastructure projects, under a contract. This recruitment aims to strengthen the agency's capacity to implement regional development projects.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Not exceed the retirement age.
• Hold a State Engineer degree or equivalent in civil engineering or a related field.
• Have proven professional experience (duration and position) supported by work certificates.

Application File Components

• An application letter including full name, position applied for, postal and email address, phone number, and signature.
• A copy of the national ID card.
• A certified copy of the diploma (success certificates are not accepted).
• Certified copies of work certificates proving the required experience.
• A detailed and updated CV with a photo and signature.

Any incomplete file or submitted after the deadline will be rejected.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted in person to the registry of the Regional Agency for Project Execution in Marrakech-Safi (address: Centre Ben Moulay, No. 4208, 5th floor, Sidi Abbad 41, Prince Moulay Abdellah Street, Marrakech) or sent by mail to the same address before June 3, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Selection Process

The competition consists of two stages:

1. Preselection: based on the application files, to shortlist candidates for the oral interview.
2. Oral interview: includes a PowerPoint presentation (15 to 30 minutes) on infrastructure project management methodology.

The list of shortlisted candidates will be published on www.emploi-public.ma and serves as an invitation. Final results will also be posted on the same portal.
