  • Written Exam: Will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at the Imam Malek Secondary School in Ain Attig commune or at other centers if necessary. The exam starts at 10:00 AM and ends at 1:00 PM. It will cover a general topic or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to the required duties and functions or to the competencies of territorial communities.

The application file must include the following documents:

  1. A handwritten request stating the candidate's surname, first name, address, and specialty, signed by the candidate.
  2. A copy of the required diploma or certificate, accompanied if applicable by the equivalence decision.
  3. A copy of the national identity card.
  4. A curriculum vitae bearing a recent photograph of the candidate.
  5. Two stamped envelopes bearing the candidate's personal address.
  6. A copy of the criminal record.
  7. Authorization signed by the original administration to take the competition (for civil servants).
  8. A certificate of registration on the lists of persons with disabilities (if applicable).
