Job Overview

The Authority for Control of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) announces a recruitment competition for the position of Confirmed Management Practices Controller within the Social Welfare Directorate. This regular recruitment is for one position located in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate control missions of management practices of social welfare organizations.
• Contribute to the development and update of management practices reference frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with regulations by social welfare organizations.
• Prepare control reports and ensure the quality of findings and recommendations.
• Participate in harmonization efforts and dissemination of lessons learned.
• Contribute to financial education and awareness activities.

Required Profile

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Audit, Finance, Accounting, Management, or Internal Control.
• At least 3 years of experience in control, internal/external audit, or supervision of financial or retirement institutions.

Desired Skills

• Ability to conduct on-site control missions.
• Knowledge of social welfare environment and regulations.
• Rigor, organizational skills, analytical and synthesis abilities.
• High sense of discretion.
• Strong writing skills in Arabic and French (English is a plus).
