Recruitment Competition for Architect 1st Grade - National Agency for Public Equipment

The National Agency for Public Equipment (ANEP) is organizing a recruitment competition for four (04) architects (1st grade), scale 11. Successful candidates will be assigned to the agency's central and regional services.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 45 on January 1, 2026.
• Hold a degree in architecture from a recognized national institution or an equivalent diploma.
• Civil servants must provide prior authorization from their employer.

Competition Tests

• General written test: Summary, commentary, and translation of a text. Duration: 4 hours, coefficient 4. Eliminatory if score < 5/20.
• Specialty test: Focus on architecture and related tasks. Duration: 2 hours, coefficient 5.
• Oral test: 15-minute interview (coefficient 5). Eliminatory if score < 10/20. Only candidates with an average ≥ 10/20 on written tests qualify.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted exclusively through the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma before 4:30 PM on August 14, 2026. Required documents:

• Copy of national ID card.
• Copy of architecture degree or equivalence decision.
• Certificate of specialization if not indicated on the diploma.
• For persons with disabilities: certificate from the Ministry of Solidarity.
• For resistance fighters or former military: proof of status.

Additional Information
