Position Details

- Education level: Bac+5 in management sciences with a specialization in accounting, management control, audit, or financial engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience required: Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role in accounting and finance
Main Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the General Management, the Administrative and Financial Manager will:
- Define operational orientations for administrative management systems
- Implement management procedures and performance indicators for monitoring and reporting
- Prepare budgets aligned with the company's strategic choices
- Monitor and control the execution of operating and investment budgets
- Develop the forecast cash flow plan
- Monitor and analyze cash position
- Ensure the reliability of accounts and preparation of financial and accounting documents
- Control legal commitments by centralizing and validating all contracts
- Ensure compliance with legislation and legal watch
- Manage external relations: banks, insurance, audit firms, and statutory auditors
- Prepare tender documents
- Ensure compliance with the Public Procurement Code
- Participate in bid opening and evaluation committees
- Check administrative and technical compliance of files
- Follow up on contracts and orders
- Ensure respect of delivery and execution deadlines
- Manage amendments, guarantees, and handovers
- Produce dashboards and monitoring reports
- Supervise the awarding of all company contracts
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the General Management
Candidate Requirements
- Bac+5 degree in management sciences with specialization in accounting, management control, audit, or financial engineering
- At least 8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position in accounting and finance
