Recruitment competition for Accountant at Région Aménagement Marrakech

Région Aménagement Marrakech, a regional development company in Morocco, is recruiting one Accountant to strengthen its financial team. This is a contract-based position with a competitive package.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail, autonomy, and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor financial situations of projects and agreements.
  • Track cash flow (available, payable, receivable).
  • Record daily financial transactions accurately.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and customer/supplier account reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Handle tax declarations (VAT, payroll tax).
  • Support internal and external audit processes.
