Martil municipality is organizing a recruitment competition for 9 third grade technician positions, scale 9, as part of regular recruitment. Competition Details

In accordance with decision number 24.nlsà.1.0.4 he 220 issued by the president of Martil municipality, and based on legislative texts governing public service, the municipality is organizing this competition to fill budgeted vacant positions within the 2026 budget framework. The competition is open to Moroccan citizens meeting regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Requirements

• Moroccan nationality
• Enjoyment of civil rights and physical/mental fitness to perform the duties
• Age between 18 and 40 years as of January 1st of the current year, with possible extension to 45 years for certain categories
• Required diploma in urban planning or construction
• Driving license category C or D

Required Documents

Candidates must submit a complete application file including:

• Handwritten application addressed to the municipality president
• Recent curriculum vitae with photograph
• Copy of required diploma or equivalence certificate
• Copy of driving license
• Copy of birth certificate (issued within last 3 months)
• Copy of electronic national identity card
• 3 stamped envelopes with candidate's name and address

Competition Schedule

The application deadline is April 3, 2026 at 4:30 PM. Application files must be submitted directly to the registry office of Martil municipality during official working hours. Any incomplete file or file submitted after the deadline will be rejected.

The written examination will take place on May 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Higher School of Teachers in Martil or another institution if necessary. The competition includes a 3-hour written test (coefficient 4) and an oral or practical test of 15-45 minutes (coefficient 3).

Position Allocation

Of the 9 available positions, 25% are reserved for former resistance fighters, war orphans, former military personnel and former combatants, and 10% for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.
