The Souss Massa region is launching a recruitment competition for 8 third grade technician positions specializing in infographics, as part of efforts to enhance human resources and improve institutional performance. This competition is organized under decision No. 2026/5 by the president of the Souss Massa Regional Council, issued in accordance with organic laws in force in the Kingdom of Morocco, particularly Organic Law No. 111.14 concerning regions and Dahir No. 1.58.008 establishing the general statute of the public service.

Competition Details and General Conditions

The competition includes a single written test and an oral or practical test or both combined, as specified in the decision. The written test is graded out of 20, and candidates who achieve an average of at least 12 out of 20 are eligible for the oral test. The competition committee compiles the list of successful candidates within the limit of the available positions, along with a waiting list ranked by merit among candidates with an overall average of at least 10 out of 20.

Application Requirements and Necessary Documents

The competition is open to Moroccan nationals aged at least 18 and no more than 40 years old as of January 1, 2026. Applicants must hold a specialized technician diploma issued by vocational training institutions established under Decree No. 2.86.325 of January 9, 1987, or an equivalent diploma according to the provisions of Decree No. 2.12.90 of April 30, 2012. 5% of positions are reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, national dependent, or former military personnel, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.
