Recruitment Competition for 8 Technicians (3rd Grade) at Haddada Commune

The Commune of Haddada, located in the Province of Kenitra, announces a recruitment competition to fill 8 positions of Technician of the 3rd Grade (Scale 9). This initiative aims to strengthen the commune's technical workforce in key areas for local development.

Required Specialties

• Civil Engineering: 3 positions
• IT Development or Computer Systems and Networks: 5 positions
• Urban Planning: 1 position

Candidates must hold a specialized technician diploma issued by a vocational training institution established under Decree No. 2.86.325, or an equivalent diploma as per the order of April 30, 2012.

Eligibility Conditions

• Moroccan nationality.
• At least 18 years old and at most 40 years old as of January 1, 2026 (the upper age limit may be extended by the duration of actual or validated service, up to 45 years).
• Meet the conditions set forth in Article 21 of the General Statute of the Civil Service.
• Hold the required diploma in the relevant specialty.

Quota

25% of positions (i.e., 2 positions) are reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military, or former combatant, and 7% (i.e., 1 position) for persons with disabilities.

The application file must include the following documents:

• A handwritten application specifying the desired specialty.
• A curriculum vitae with photo, phone number, permanent address, and email.
• A copy of the national identity card.
• A copy of the diploma or certificate obtained in the required specialty.
• A certificate proving the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military, or former combatant (if applicable).
• A certificate for persons with disabilities (if applicable).
• A final authorization to take the competition for civil servants.
• Two self-adhesive envelopes stamped with the candidate's address.

Note: All documents must be placed in a large envelope bearing the candidate's full name, grade, and specialty.

How to Apply

Application files must be submitted to the registry of the Commune of Haddada or sent by mail to: Commune de Haddada, Route Tanger Assalam, Postal Code 14000, Kenitra. The deadline for submission is June 12, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

For reserved positions, applications must be sent via the relevant administrations.

Competition Schedule

• Written exam: Sunday, June 28, 2026, at a faculty of Ibn Tofail University in Kenitra (location to be announced later).
• Oral or practical exam: Announced later for candidates scoring at least 12 out of 20 in the written exam.
