Recruitment Competition for 5 Technicians (4th Grade, Scale 8) at Beni Malek Commune
The territorial commune of Beni Malek, under the province of Kénitra, announces a recruitment competition for 05 positions of technician (4th grade, scale 8) for the year 2026. This initiative aims to strengthen technical skills in mechanics and electricity within the commune.
Required Specialties
- Specialty 1: Technician in heavy vehicles and bus mechanics (automotive mechanics with driving license B or C).
- Specialty 2: Technician in computer science and networks (general electricity and electronics).
Eligibility Criteria
- Moroccan nationality.
- Age between 18 and 40 years as of January 1, 2026 (extended to 45 for certain categories).
- Technician diploma or equivalent from a recognized vocational training institute, university, or qualified institution.
- Driving license B or C for the mechanics specialty.

- Handwritten application stating full name, address, phone, and email.
- Copy of the required diploma or certificate.
- Copy of national ID card.
- Updated CV with photo.
- Four stamped envelopes with the candidate's address.
- Large envelope with name and address.
- Authorization from current employer for civil servants.
- Certificate of resistance fighter, former combatant, national ward, or former military (if applicable).
- Disability registration certificate (if applicable).
Application Process
Applications must be submitted to the registry of Beni Malek commune against receipt, or sent by registered mail to: La Poste Maroc – Souk El Arbaa El Gharb, before June 12, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. The postmark is considered proof of timely submission.
Competition Details
The competition will take place on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at El Gharb Middle School in Souk El Arbaa El Gharb, starting at 9:00 a.m. It consists of:
- Written exam (2.5 hours): general questions on the functions and competencies of the commune.
- Oral interview (30 minutes): discussion with the jury to assess the candidate's suitability.
Candidates scoring at least 12/20 in the written exam qualify for the oral. Final selection is based on an overall average of at least 10/20.
Additional Information
25% of positions are reserved for resistance fighters, former combatants, national wards, and former military; 7% for persons with disabilities. These candidates must apply through the relevant administrative departments.
