Competition Details and Requirements

In accordance with a set of legislative and regulatory texts, notably the dahir concerning the general statute of the public service and the organic law relating to communes, this competition is organized under the following conditions:

• Number of Positions: Two (02).
• Grade and Specialties: 4th grade technician, scale 8, in the specialties:
  • Information Technology (maintenance, support, and networks).
  • Civil Engineering (public works).
• Age Requirements: The candidate must be at least 18 years old and no more than 40 years old as of January 1, 2026. An extension of the upper age limit is possible for a period equivalent to the duration of valid or validatable services for retirement purposes, without exceeding 45 years.
• Diploma Requirements: Hold a technician diploma issued by training institutions established under Decree No. 2.86.325, or one of the equivalent diplomas or certificates established by decision of the minister in charge of the public service and administrative modernization in accordance with Decree No. 2.12.90.

Priority System

A quota of 5% of the positions under competition is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, dependent of the nation, or former military personnel. A quota of 7% is also reserved for persons with disabilities holding a disability card, in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 2.97.218.

Examinations and Competition Schedule

The competition includes a written test and an oral or practical test or both, according to the following table:

• Written Test: Duration of 4 hours, coefficient 3. It focuses on the functions to be performed or the areas of competence of territorial communities.
• Oral/Practical Test: Duration of 30 minutes, coefficient 1. The jury discusses various topics with the candidate to assess their ability to perform the tasks and functions associated with the grade in question.

Examination Date: March 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM, at Bni Salah High School or other institutions if necessary.
