Recruitment Competition: 40 Second-Grade Administrators at the Ministry of Interior

The Ministry of Interior of Morocco is organizing a regular recruitment competition to fill 40 positions for second-grade administrators, scale 11, specialized in human resources management. This opportunity is part of efforts to enhance administrative capabilities within a key state institution responsible for implementing public policies and ensuring national security and stability.

Eligibility Criteria for the Competition

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age between 18 and 45 years as of January 1 of the current year.
• Hold a diploma of advanced studies, specialized higher studies, a master's or specialized master's degree in human resources management.
• Equivalent diplomas are accepted in accordance with applicable regulatory provisions.

Competition Structure and Tests

The competition consists of two main phases:

• Written test: Lasting three hours with a coefficient of 4, covering a general topic or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to ministry missions and the required specialization.
• Oral test: Lasting 15 to 30 minutes with a coefficient of 3, designed to assess the candidate's ability to perform duties associated with the grade.

Only candidates who score at least 12 out of 20 in the written test are eligible for the oral test.

Quotas and Special Benefits

A quota of 25% of the positions is reserved for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, nation's ward, former military personnel, or former combatant. Additionally, 7% of positions are allocated to persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card, reflecting the ministry's commitment to social inclusion.

Application Procedure and Required Documents

Candidates must register their application on the public employment website (https://depot.emploi-public.ma/) between January 28 and February 11, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The following documents must be attached:

• Copy of the required diploma.
• Copy of the national identity card.
• Candidate's curriculum vitae.

For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, a copy of the equivalence decision published in the Official Bulletin is mandatory. Public sector employees must provide definitive approval from their administration.

Additional Important Information

The competition will be held on Sunday, April 5, 2026, at the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences Souissi in Rabat, with possible additional centers to be determined later. Lists of admitted candidates and results will be published on the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma). The monthly salary ranges from 8200 to 9400 dirhams according to scale 11, along with standard public sector benefits.
