The Commune of Sidi Bibi, under the jurisdiction of Chtouka Ait Baha Province, has announced a recruitment competition for the position of third grade technician, with 4 vacant positions in the civil engineering specialty. This competition is part of efforts to strengthen the technical competencies of the commune and enhance public services for citizens.
The competition will take place on Sunday, May 7, 2026 at 9:00 AM at Sidi El Haj El Habib Qualifying High School. It will include a written test and an oral or practical test, or both combined, designed to assess candidates' technical skills and ability to perform required duties.
Candidates must be Moroccan nationals, at least 18 years old and not exceeding 40 years old as of January 1 of the current year, with possible extension of the maximum age for a period equivalent to valid services without exceeding 45 years. Applicants must hold a specialized technician diploma in civil engineering issued by training institutions established under Decree No. 2.86.325, or an equivalent diploma listed in Decree No. 2.12.90.

The commune has reserved 25% of positions for persons with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military personnel or former combatant, and 7% for disabled persons holding a disability card. The list of admitted candidates, examination center and results will be published on the public employment website muvemploi-public.ma and on the portal of the General Directorate of Territorial Communities, with this publication serving as official summons.
