The Ministry of Interior - Province of Nador - opens applications for a recruitment competition for a 3rd grade technician, specialized in building electricity. Participation Conditions

Candidates must be Moroccan nationals, at least 18 years old, and not exceed 45 years old on January 1st of the competition year. They must hold a diploma of specialized technician in building electricity, issued by a vocational training institution established according to decree n° 2-86-325, or an equivalent diploma as per regulatory lists.

Examination Details

The competition includes two main tests:

  • Written test: comprising multiple-choice questions (MCQ) about functional tasks or competencies of the Ministry of Interior, or about the required specialty. This test lasts three hours.
  • Oral and/or practical test: the committee discusses various topics with the candidate, or subjects them to a practical test in building electricity. This test lasts between 15 and 30 minutes.

To qualify for the oral test, candidates must obtain a score of at least 12 out of 20 in the written test.

Quotas for Specific Categories

5% of positions are reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military, or former combatant. 7% are reserved for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card.

Application Procedure

Candidates must register obligatorily on the public employment website (https://depot.emploi-public.ma/) from February 18 to March 4, 2026 at 15:00. The application must include a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the national identity card, and the curriculum vitae.

For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, the equivalence decision published in the Official Bulletin must be attached. Candidates working in public administrations must submit their application with the final approval of their administration. Candidates with resistance fighter or dependent status must submit their application via the administrations responsible for their affairs.

Important Dates

The competition will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at the Multidisciplinary College of Nador, or other centers to be determined later. Lists of admitted candidates will be published on the public employment website (www.emploi-public.ma), this publication serving as a summons. Results of the written test and final results, including the waiting list, will be published on the same website.
