Agence de Logements et d'Équipements Militaires (ALEM) announces a recruitment competition for (3) positions of "Agents de haute maîtrise" (High Mastery Agents) for the year 2026. This competition aims to select qualified candidates in civil engineering and secretarial management to join the agency's team.

Required Specialties

• Civil Engineering / Heavy Construction: Requires a specialized technician diploma in civil engineering, heavy construction, works supervisor, or equivalent, plus at least 2 years of professional experience in a construction company, design office, or public administration.
• Executive Secretariat: Requires a specialized technician diploma in executive secretariat or equivalent.

Eligibility Conditions

• Must be of Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 40 years on the date of the competition.
• Hold the required diploma and experience.

The scanned application file must include: a handwritten application with CV and photo, a copy of the national ID card, a copy of the diploma, and work certificates proving the required experience.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will take two written exams: a technical exam related to the position (coefficient 2, eliminatory score <10/20) and a general culture exam in French (coefficient 1, eliminatory score <8/20). Candidates with an average of 12/20 or higher and no eliminatory score will be ranked and invited for a final interview.

Results

Final results and waiting lists will be published on emploi-public.ma. Successful candidates must complete their administrative recruitment file within the specified period.
