Recruitment competition for associate professors grade A (scale 11)

The Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication - Department of Communication - announces a recruitment competition for two (02) associate professors grade A (scale 11) at the Higher Institute of Audiovisual and Cinema. This initiative aims to strengthen academic competencies within the ministry's institutions.

Required specialty

The competition covers recruitment in the following specialty:

• Arts and cinematic studies: one position (01).

Eligibility conditions

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Be of Moroccan nationality.
• Be at least 18 years old and at most 45 years old (this age condition does not apply to civil servants).
• Hold a doctorate, state doctorate, or a recognized equivalent degree in one of the required specialties.
• Be proficient in Arabic, French, and English.

Application file

The application file consists of the following documents:

• An application letter addressed to the Director of the Higher Institute of Audiovisual and Cinema, specifying the specialty.
• Two copies of the electronic national identity card.
• Two copies of the birth certificate issued within the last three months.
• Five copies of the curriculum vitae.
• Five copies of diplomas and certificates, certified true to the originals.
• Five copies of the doctoral thesis.
• Five copies of all research works (articles, books, etc.).
• For civil servants: authorization from the original administration, delivered by the central human resources services.
• For foreign diplomas: a copy of the equivalence decision issued by the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, published in the Official Bulletin.

Submission of applications

Applications must be submitted in person or sent by mail to the Higher Institute of Audiovisual and Cinema, Avenue Allal El Fassi, Cité Al Irfane, P.O. Box 6598 Souissi in Rabat, before August 3, 2026, at 4:30 PM. This is the deadline for receiving applications.

Competition date

The competition will take place on August 12, 2026, at the Higher Institute of Audiovisual and Cinema. Lists of candidates admitted to the competition and the results will be published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma and the ministry's website www.mjcc.gov.ma. The lists of admitted candidates serve as convocation.
