Recruitment Competition: Second-Grade Administrator - Scale 11

The Ministry of Interior - Province of Fquih Ben Salah - has announced a regular recruitment competition to fill two (2) positions for second-grade administrators, scale 11. This competition targets holders of advanced degrees in economic sciences and management who aspire to join the territorial administration and contribute to local development.

Competition Details and Requirements

The competition will take place on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at the Higher School of Technology in Fquih Ben Salah, with possible additional centers to be determined later. To apply, candidates must:

  • Be of Moroccan nationality.
  • Be between 18 and 45 years old as of January 1 of the current year.
  • Hold, mandatorily at registration, a diploma of advanced graduate studies, a diploma of specialized graduate studies, a master's degree, or a specialized master's degree in economic sciences and management, or an equivalent certificate according to current regulations.

A quota of 25% of the positions is reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled" card.

Competition Tests

The competition consists of two main tests:

  • Written Test: This involves a subject or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to the tasks or functions to be filled, the competencies of the Ministry of Interior, or the required specialties. Its duration is three (3) hours.
  • Oral Test: The competition committee discusses various topics with the candidate for 15 to 30 minutes to assess their ability to perform the duties associated with the grade in question.

Only candidates who obtain an average of at least 12 out of 20 in the written test are eligible to take the oral test.

Application Procedure and Key Deadlines

Candidates must register mandatorily on the website https://depot.emploi-public.ma/ during the period from February 25, 2026, to March 11, 2026, at 4:30 PM. The application must be accompanied by a copy of the required diploma, a copy of the national identity card, and a curriculum vitae.

Important notes:

  • For foreign diplomas or those issued by private institutions, the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette must be attached.
  • Public administration employees must, in addition to online registration, submit their participation requests accompanied by the final approval of their administration.
  • Candidates with the status of resistance fighter, nation's dependent, former military personnel, or former combatant, as well as persons with disabilities, must follow specific procedures in addition to online registration.
