Eligibility Requirements

• Moroccan nationality
• Aged between 18 and 45 as of January 1, 2026
• Hold a PhD, Master’s degree, specialized Master, or an equivalent diploma (with equivalence decision)

Exam Components

• Written exam: General questions or MCQ on topics related to the sector, duration 4 hours, coefficient 4.
• Oral or practical exam: Interview with the jury on subjects related to administrator duties, duration 15 minutes, coefficient 3.
