Recruitment Competition: 3rd Grade Technician - Scale 9

The Ministry of Interior – Directorate of Skills Development and Digital Transformation – announces a competition for admission to the specialized technician training program in IT and digitalization of local authorities (160 pedagogical places). This initiative aims to strengthen digital skills within territorial communities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Maximum age of 35 years on the day of the competition (June 14, 2026).
• Hold a scientific or technical baccalaureate, or a technical diploma in a related field.
• 60% of seats are reserved for candidates with these qualifications, the remaining 40% for civil servants.

Required Documents

Applications must be submitted exclusively via the national public employment portal at https://depot.emploi-public.ma/ with upload of the following documents:

• Scanned copy of the baccalaureate certificate or technical diploma.
• Scanned copy of the transcript of records for the baccalaureate or technical training.
• Scanned copy (both sides) of the national electronic ID card.
• Written request for participation through hierarchical channels for civil servants.

Application Deadline

Registration opens on Thursday, May 14, 2026, and closes on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.

Competition Tests

• Written test: (3 hours, coefficient 3): Multiple-choice questions or essay on mathematics (in Arabic or French) and Arabic/French languages.
• Oral test: (coefficient 2): Interview with the jury on various topics in Arabic and French.

Additional Information

The training lasts two years as an external program at the specialized technician training institutes under the Ministry of Interior. The final list of successful candidates will be published on www.emploi-public.ma. If a candidate is found not to meet the conditions, they will be replaced by the next candidate on the waiting list.
