Recruitment Competition: 25 Administrators 3rd Grade – Ministry of Transport and Logistics

The Ministry of Transport and Logistics announces a recruitment competition for 25 positions of Administrator 3rd Grade (scale 10) within its central and decentralized departments. This regular recruitment is open to candidates specializing in private law.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 45 years as of January 20 of the current year.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree (Licence) in Private Law from a recognized national institution, or an equivalent diploma.

Specialty and Number of Positions

All 25 positions are allocated to the Private Law specialty. Unfilled positions may be reassigned to candidates on waiting lists from other specialties based on merit.

Equal Opportunity

25% of positions are reserved for resistance members, former soldiers, or their dependents, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.

Competition Stages

• Written exam: General topic or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) on public management, the required specialty, or related tasks.
• Oral exam: Interview with the jury to assess the candidate's ability to perform the duties.

Applications must be submitted exclusively via the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma) by uploading electronic copies of:

• Copy of national ID card.
• Copy of the required diploma (Private Law), with equivalence decision if applicable.
• Certificate of specialty from the issuing institution if not indicated on the diploma.
• For civil servants: final administrative authorization from the HR department.
• For resistance members, etc.: additional paper application via the relevant administration.
• For persons with disabilities: certificate from the Ministry of Solidarity.
