The Ministry of Equipment and Water has announced a recruitment competition for seventy (70) positions of Technician 3rd Grade (Scale 9) for the year 2026. This competition aims to hire qualified professionals in civil engineering, with a specialization in roads, to work in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Hold a specialized technician diploma (BTS) in civil engineering or an equivalent diploma recognized by the administration.
• Aged between 18 and 40 years (maximum), with possible extension for valid retirement services up to 45 years.
• Enjoy full civil rights and have no criminal record incompatible with public service.

Reserved Quotas

25% of positions are reserved for resistance members, former military personnel, and their dependents, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.

Competition Tests

The competition consists of two tests:

• Written test: Multiple-choice questions (MCQ) on the specialty, lasting 3 hours.
• Oral test: Interview with the jury on various topics to assess the candidate's ability to perform the duties, lasting 15 to 30 minutes.
