The National Ports Agency (ANP) is organizing a competition to recruit four (04) Regulation Managers, classified as “Senior Managers”. This recruitment aims to strengthen the agency's expertise in port regulation and management, supporting the development of Morocco's port infrastructure and services.

Eligibility Requirements

• Moroccan nationality.
• Maximum age 40 years as of December 31, 2026.
• Minimum Bac+5 degree (Master's or equivalent) from a public or private institution recognized by the State.
• Professional experience in the field is desirable.

Job Responsibilities

The Regulation Manager oversees port access regulation, coordinates maritime and land traffic flows, and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role also involves optimizing processes, implementing performance indicators, and collaborating with various stakeholders (customs, shipping companies, port authority).

• Work certificates proving required experience (if applicable).
• Copy of the original diploma (with equivalence for foreign degrees).

Competition Process

The competition consists of a written exam and an oral interview. Only candidates who pass the written exam are eligible for the oral. Final ranking is based on the average of both exams. Results will be published on emploi-public.ma and anp.org.ma. Successful candidates will also be notified by email.
