Competition Details

The Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration and Family announces a recruitment competition for 10 technicians of the 3rd grade (scale 9) in the specialty of Human Resources Management. This recruitment aims to strengthen administrative skills and improve social services.

Eligibility Conditions

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 40 years on January 1, 2026, with possible extension to 45 years for prior service.
• Hold a specialized technician diploma in HR management or an officially recognized equivalent.

Competition Components

The competition includes a written exam (3 hours, coefficient 3) on the specialty or professional skills, and an oral or practical exam (15 to 30 minutes, coefficient 2) where the candidate discusses various topics or undergoes a practical test.
