Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the Dar As-Sikkah Directorate, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality control. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and implementing quality control plans and tools for products.
- Ensuring product compliance with technical specifications, standards, and internal requirements.
- Participating in the improvement of production processes.
- Ensuring the update of quality standards.
- Proposing acceptance/rejection criteria and associated actions.
- Handling internal and external non-conformities and incidents: analysis, classification, documentation.
- Writing and updating quality documents: procedures, instructions, technical sheets.
- Updating product quality indicators and dashboards.
- Contributing to environmental impact management: waste, energy, emissions, regulatory compliance.
Required Profile
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Moroccan nationality.
- Under 40 years of age.
- Hold a Master's degree or engineering degree (preferably in industrial engineering).
- At least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment in a relevant function.
Skills and Qualities
- Mastery of quality methods and tools.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards (appreciated).
- Knowledge of control means and metrology.
- Proficiency in data analysis and computer tools (Excel, quality software).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
