Job Opportunity: Quality and Process Officer at Nouaceur Development

Nouaceur Development SA announces the opening of applications for the position of Quality and Process Officer, as part of its efforts to enhance operational efficiency and improve the quality of its development projects. Established in 2021 as a Delegated Project Management Office for the economic and social development of the Nouaceur Province territory, the company aims to accelerate infrastructure project implementation and enhance public services for citizens.

Key Responsibilities of the Position

The Quality and Process Officer will be responsible for essential tasks ensuring process quality within the company, including:

  • Implementing and monitoring quality and process procedures across various projects and activities
  • Ensuring compliance of practices, documents, and operations with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Developing, updating, and disseminating procedures, operational methods, and monitoring tools
  • Identifying malfunctions, non-conformities, and process deviations and proposing corrective actions
  • Monitoring quality and process performance indicators and ensuring regular reporting
  • Raising awareness and supporting teams in applying best practices and continuous improvement
  • Participating in work process optimization to enhance efficiency, quality, and coordination

Required Qualifications and Experience

The company seeks ideal candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Degree in civil engineering, quality management, process management, or equivalent field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in quality monitoring, document management, process improvement, or operational coordination
  • Strong analytical skills for detecting deviations and proposing solutions
  • Proficiency in office tools and ability to structure procedures and reports
  • Rigor, organization, autonomy, and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
