Al Omrane Group, a strategic public enterprise implementing government policy in housing and territorial development, is recruiting one Public Relations Officer (01) for its Holding in Rabat. The Group, with central and regional offices, places human resources at the core of its development strategy, based on equal opportunity, equity, competence promotion, and intrapreneurship.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, structure and manage institutional relations with public administrations, legislative bodies and stakeholders.
  • Ensure a permanent interface between the Group and institutional stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate official meetings (meetings, audiences, field visits, committees).
  • Conduct active monitoring of the institutional, legislative and regulatory environment.
  • Analyze draft laws, decrees and circulars impacting the sector.
  • Prepare files, arguments and talking points for leadership interventions.
  • Collaborate closely with business lines to consolidate Group positions.
  • Lead organization of institutional events.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Bac+3/4 degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Commerce or Management.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in public relations, institutional communication or journalism.
  • Geographic mobility.

Only directly relevant experience will be considered. Candidates should detail experience in CV with exact start and end dates (dd/mm/yyyy).

Required Skills

Technical:

  • Good knowledge of Moroccan institutional and administrative environment.
  • Mastery of legislative and regulatory processes.
  • High writing skills (notes, summaries, arguments).
  • Institutional communication techniques.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Mastery of institutional protocols and customs.

Behavioral and Managerial:

  • Interpersonal ease and diplomacy.
  • Political sense and situational intelligence.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Responsiveness and priority management.
  • Representation spirit and professional demeanor.
