Recruitment of a Project Manager (M/F) at Al Omrane Group Rabat Salé Kenitra
The Al Omrane Group, a strategic public enterprise and the government's instrument for implementing housing and territorial development policies, is recruiting 01 Project Manager (M/F) for its subsidiary Al Omrane Rabat Salé Kenitra. This is a regular recruitment opportunity to join a leading group in the sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects in terms of planning, milestones, progress, and completion in compliance with specifications and contractual commitments.
- Ensure coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage first-level relationships with institutional partners.
- Monitor projects to ensure quality, cost, and timeline adherence.
- Participate in the development and monitoring of the entity's action plan.
Main Duties
- Contribute to feasibility studies for project validation.
- Define project concepts and components with stakeholders.
- Follow up on administrative procedures for permits and compliance certificates.
- Optimize, review, and validate architectural and technical studies (APS, APD).
- Validate tender documents according to reference programs.
- Participate in the selection of contractors and suppliers.
- Organize and lead project kick-off, installation, weekly site meetings, and work acceptance.
- Ensure compliance with sustainable development requirements and site safety.
- Resolve execution difficulties with companies and providers.
- Monitor contract execution timelines and validate measurements and progress reports.
- Track financial investments and update expenses per budget.
- Hold coordination meetings with local authorities, municipal services, urban agencies, network concessionaires, and land registry.
- Implement a reporting system for achievements and corrective actions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Degree: State Engineer degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Bridges & Roads, Building, Public Works, or Hydraulics.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as an engineer in the construction and public works sector, especially building.
- Geographic mobility required.

- Mastery of regulatory procedures in real estate.

- Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, etc.) and information systems.
