Key Responsibilities and Duties
The Project Manager will be responsible for vital tasks including:
- Planning, organizing, and directing industrial development projects
- Defining objectives, milestones, and deliverables for each project
- Coordinating project teams and all stakeholders
- Participating in planning, coordinating, and executing architectural and technical studies
- Contributing to business plan development and annual budgeting
- Ensuring planning, coordination, execution, and acceptance of development and construction works
- Controlling budgets and adhering to established timelines
- Conducting administrative procedures for obtaining development and construction permits
- Managing relationships with local authorities and contractors
- Ensuring execution of delegated project management services while respecting contractual requirements
- Participating in tender launches and coordinating offer processing until project awarding
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Engineering degree (Bac+5) with preference for civil engineering specialization
- Additional training in project management is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in managing and executing development and construction projects
- Significant experience in managing complex and multiple projects, ideally in the industrial zones or commercial real estate sector
