Key Responsibilities and Duties

The Project Manager will be responsible for vital tasks including:

• Planning, organizing, and directing industrial development projects
• Defining objectives, milestones, and deliverables for each project
• Coordinating project teams and all stakeholders
• Participating in planning, coordinating, and executing architectural and technical studies
• Contributing to business plan development and annual budgeting
• Ensuring planning, coordination, execution, and acceptance of development and construction works
• Controlling budgets and adhering to established timelines
• Conducting administrative procedures for obtaining development and construction permits
• Managing relationships with local authorities and contractors
• Ensuring execution of delegated project management services while respecting contractual requirements
• Participating in tender launches and coordinating offer processing until project awarding

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) with preference for civil engineering specialization
• Additional training in project management is preferred
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in managing and executing development and construction projects
• Significant experience in managing complex and multiple projects, ideally in the industrial zones or commercial real estate sector
