Recruitment Competition for a Professor Grade A (Scale 11) in English

Sultan Moulay Slimane University in Béni Mellal announces a recruitment competition for 11 professor positions, including 1 post in English at the Higher School of Education and Training, session of July 10, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age between 18 and 45 as of January 1 of the current year, unless exempt for civil servants.
• Hold a PhD, State Doctorate, or recognized equivalent degree in the relevant specialty.

Application File

• Handwritten application addressed to the president of the institution, including name, address, phone, and email.
• CV with photo.
• Copy of national ID card.
• Authorization to compete from your employer if you are a civil servant.
• Authorization from the Head of Government for candidates exceeding the age limit.
• Copies of diplomas, including PhD certificate (no success certificates accepted).
• Copy of the doctoral thesis.
• Copy of equivalence decision for foreign or private university diplomas.
• Copy of disability certificate if applicable.
• Copy of document proving status as former resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military, or veteran.
• Scientific file (research work).
• Sworn statement of document authenticity.

Selection Process

The competition consists of two stages:
1. Review of applications and preselection.
2. Presentation and interview with the jury.
Each stage is scored out of 20; a score below 10 leads to disqualification.

The list of selected candidates and final results will be published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma, the dedicated competition website https://recrutement.enssup.gov.ma, and the university website https://www.usms.ac.ma.
