Job Description
The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing procurement and conducting public contract award procedures in compliance with current regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing procurement in accordance with internal procedures and public procurement regulations.
- Preparing, launching, and monitoring public contract award procedures and tenders.
- Developing consultation files in coordination with relevant departments.
- Ensuring administrative follow-up of consultation procedures from launch to contract notification.
- Participating in analyzing the administrative conformity of bids and monitoring the award process.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines and the conformity of procurement files.
- Monitoring the administrative execution of contracts and contributing to improving procurement procedures.
- Conducting regulatory monitoring to ensure compliance with current legislation.
Required Profile
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Procurement, Logistics, Management, Law, Economics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role within a public or similar institution.
- Perfect command of public procurement regulations and award procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of the process of preparing, launching, and monitoring tenders.
- Proficiency in office tools and ease in managing administrative files.
- Rigor, organizational skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work within deadlines.
