Basic Position Information

This position represents a genuine opportunity for ambitious professionals seeking new challenges in the port sector. The role is available exclusively to Moroccan citizens, with one vacancy to be filled through contractual recruitment. The workplace will be located in Nador, at the heart of the strategic Nador West Med project.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this key position must meet several academic and professional requirements:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from recognized engineering or business schools
• Specialization in port management, logistics, management, or similar field
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in similar functions, ideally in complex port or logistics environments
• Age under 40 years
• Excellent command of French, English, and Arabic languages

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The Department Head will report directly to the General Management and will assume the following responsibilities:

• Direct, structure, and optimize port terminal operations
• Effectively manage port flows
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Improve operational performance through indicators and data
• Lead and unite teams toward achieving objectives
