Operations Manager Sports Facilities – Casa Region Sport

About the Competition

The Regional Development Company Casa Région Sport S.A. is recruiting an Operations Manager to strengthen its human capital. This contract-based recruitment aims to ensure the technical and operational management of sports facilities in the Casablanca-Settat region.

Main Responsibilities

The Operations Manager oversees the technical, operational, and organizational management of sports infrastructures. They ensure the proper functioning of installations, service continuity, multi-technical maintenance, cost optimization, and compliance with safety and quality standards set by national and international sports federations. They also manage outsourced services, follow up on upgrade projects, and coordinate sports and institutional events.

Key Activities

• Supervise daily operations and technical equipment availability.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical (high/low current), HVAC, sanitation, sports lighting, video surveillance, fire safety, and sports fields.
• Participate in drafting technical specifications, monitor rehabilitation works, and ensure compliance with CAF/FIFA standards.
• Contribute to the operating budget, optimize energy consumption, and set up performance dashboards.
• Coordinate technical preparations for matches and events with local authorities and security services.

Required Profile

• Education: State Engineering degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electromechanics, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years in technical operations, multi-technical maintenance, and management of sports facilities or large equipment. Experience in stadiums or sports complexes is highly valued.
