The Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG) is recruiting an Operational Risk Manager for its Operational Risks and Control Department, under the Risk Management Division. This is a chance to contribute to Morocco's development through a major public financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

As Operational Risk Manager, you will:

• Develop and update operational risk maps and implement corresponding first-level operational controls.
• Monitor risk mitigation plans and track key risk indicators (KRIs).
• Analyze risks related to outsourced activities and monitor reinforcement plans.
• Analyze operational incidents reported, manage their treatment, and follow up on resolution.
• Prepare reports on the above activities.
• Handle requests in various projects requiring risk analysis (process reviews, outsourcing, new IT systems).
• Participate in awareness and advisory actions on operational risk management across CDG.
• Contribute to the animation of the Group's operational risk management framework.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering or business school or equivalent.
• Approximately 4 years of professional experience in risk or control functions.
