Job Overview

The Moroccan National Tourist Office (ONMT) is recruiting a Delegate for its London office. This senior role involves representing Morocco in the UK and Nordic markets, developing partnerships, and driving tourist flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the London delegation and Stockholm office.
• Develop and implement annual action plans.
• Negotiate partnerships with tour operators, OTAs, airlines, and travel agencies.
• Enhance Morocco's image and visibility.

Eligibility Criteria

Internal Candidates

• Statutory staff or contract agents with 3+ years as department head or ONMT delegate abroad.
• Or holders of a degree equivalent to Inspector scale (scale 10) and classified at least scale 11 with 5 years as service head or 6 years abroad.

External Candidates

• Moroccan nationality.
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Management, or Tourism.
• 12+ years of professional experience, including 5 years in a managerial role (department head or equivalent).

Specific Condition

Candidates must hold a valid UK residence permit or work visa, or be able to obtain one.
