The Moroccan National Tourist Office (ONMT) has opened applications for the position of Delegate in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This high-responsibility role offers a unique opportunity to drive Morocco's tourism growth across key markets.

Eligibility Criteria

External candidates must hold Moroccan nationality, possess a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Communication, Marketing, Management, or Tourism, and have at least 12 years of professional experience, including 5 years in a managerial role (department head or equivalent). Internal candidates must meet specific conditions related to their current grade and experience.

Key Responsibilities

The delegate will oversee the Abu Dhabi delegation and satellite offices in Seoul, New Delhi, Melbourne, and Tokyo. Core duties include maximizing tourist flows through promotion and distribution, representing ONMT at trade shows and events, forging partnerships with tour operators, OTAs, and airlines, and ensuring the administrative and financial management of the delegation.

Required Skills

• Fluency in French and English (mandatory); knowledge of a regional language is a plus.
• Strong business development and strategic partnership management skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage remote, multicultural teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Morocco's tourism product and competitive landscape.
