Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must:

• Be of Moroccan nationality.
• Be between 18 and 45 years old as of December 31, 2026.
• Hold a State Engineer, Master's, or Doctorate degree in one of the following specialties: Computer Development, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT Project Management, Decision Support, Business Intelligence, Web Engineering, Software Quality, Information Technology, Mobile Computing, Data Science, Data Engineering, or Digital Services.

Degrees must be from national institutes, public universities, or recognized as equivalent. 25% of positions are reserved for resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military or combatants, and 7% for persons with disabilities.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should master:

• Software development and relational database design.
• Data science and geographic information systems (GIS).
• English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Analytical and synthesis skills, teamwork, initiative, autonomy.
• Ability to update and develop knowledge.
• Proficiency in office tools.
