ONCF Recruitment: Strategic Studies Officer - Foreign Relations
The National Railway Office (ONCF) is recruiting a Strategic Studies Officer - Foreign Relations to join its Strategy, Cooperation and Quality Directorate. This is a key position within the External Relations and International Cooperation Department.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with national and international organizations.
- Identify and mobilize state support and funding opportunities for the railway sector.
- Contribute to strengthening bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
- Monitor and coordinate cooperation agreements and conventions.
- Represent the Office in national and international events and meetings.
- Conduct strategic monitoring of partnership opportunities and international developments.
- Prepare notes, reports and communication materials related to cooperation activities.
Candidate Profile
Education: Master's degree or diploma from a business school in marketing or international business. Previous experience in international relations and cooperation is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of economic environment and international context.
- Knowledge of international cooperation and institutional partnership issues.
- Excellent communication, representation and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in French, English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Rigor, organizational skills and respect for deadlines.
Workplace and Travel
The position is based in Rabat, with travel required.
